Indu Radhakrishnan

Indu is an accomplished Human Resources Leader with proven expertise building engaged workplaces. Indu has extensive experience in developing HR strategy that will create competitive advantage to organization and employee engagement. She is an enabler and a business partner for any leadership team and she has developed a successful talent management process through competency development, leadership training and succession planning process. Experienced in providing advice regarding various HR functions including policies and procedures, performance management, employee and labour relations, compliance with legislation, work accommodation, Health & Safety, and termination.

She is known for her expertise in implementing HR best practices such as Behaviour Competencies, Leadership Development and Succession Planning. She is instrumental in developing HR Metrics for benchmarking and predictive analysis for the Developmental Services sector in Ontario. Indu is also a Core Competency Champion and has mentored about 35 organizations on the implementation behaviour competencies.  Indu is a well-known leadership coach and is a certified Emotional Intelligence Leadership Trainer using EQi 2.0. 

Indu’s passion is maximizing individual employee potential by strategic HR management measures collectively resulting in organizational effectiveness. Under her leadership organizations have won many awards and recognitions such as-Non-Profit Employer of Choice” award, “Best Employee Relations” award from the United Way London,  “Making a Difference”. Indu was the recipient of HR Leadership award in 2016 and 2019 from Ontario DS HR Strategy.
